We want you to love your LYXA perfume. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our Returns Policy ensures a smooth process.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@lyxa.com with your order details.

  2. We will provide you with return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges
